The Kissabel Rouge apple, known for its distinctive red flesh and a sweet-tart flavour, is a hybrid developed through traditional cross-breeding (NOT GMO!), of Crabapples and traditional eating apples like Golden Delicious, Granny Smith, Pink Lady, and Red Delicious.
